Heather Rogers has spent years exploring how we experience time, especially when it feels out of reach. As a parent and partner to loved ones with ADHD, she’s seen how time blindness can quietly shape daily life. She comes from a family of creative problem-solvers. Over 30 years ago, her mother-in-law, Jan Rogers, invented one of the first visual timers, a simple tool that grew into something much bigger, helping reduce anxiety and restore a sense of agency.Today, Heather is a quiet advocate for time equity, shaped by the realities of supporting a neurodiverse household. Shaped by years of experience leading Time Timer and supporting a neurodiverse household, Heather created Effortless Day.
