If you're having issues with your Time Timer and would like to request a replacement item or part, we encourage all customers to first contact the retailer where they have purchased their Time Timer, especially if you are located outside the United States.
If the retailer is not able to provide a resolution, please contact us directly by completing Replacement Request Form and we'd be glad to help.
