Purchase Order Instructions

Time Timer is happy to process purchase orders (POs) for schools and other organizations. 

It is quick and easy to submit a PO:

    Our preferred method to receive a PO is via an email.  If at all possible, please email so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.

    Information you need to know:

    • Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.00 for orders under $50.00.  Shipping and handling is FREE for all orders over $50.00
    • Payment terms are NET 30
    • An easy way to list products, product numbers and total pricing for the PO is to select the products and quantities you would like in our store, and add them to the shopping cart.  Then, just click 'view cart' to see your purchase summary, print that page, and include it with your scanned or faxed PO.
