All Wrist Timer and Watch Plus units arrive with detailed instructions. If you have lost your copy or need an electronic version, you can download it here:

Make sure your unit is oriented correctly. The Time Timer logo and the zero on the bezel should be at the top of the watch as you look at the face. If the numbers look weird or incorrect, you may simply have the unit upside-down. |
If your Wrist Timer unit looks to be "dead" because the screen is completely blank, it may just be at the end of a timing segment. Hold down the upper-left button (S1) for a few seconds to enter the "set" mode. If your timer still does not respond, you may need to try to reset it (See Step #4 directly below). The face of the Watch Plus unit is never completely blank during normal operation. |
If your unit seems to be stuck and/or otherwise unresponsive, hold down the bottom two buttons (S3- and S3+) for five seconds to reset. |
If you cannot stop your timer from running, keep in mind you must press the upper-right button (S2) twice very quickly to stop it. This is done intentionally so that you don't accidentally stop the timer while it is counting down. |
