If your defective timer is Dark Grey or White and an entire new unit is requested, you will receive a pre-paid UPS return label to send the defective one back to us. You will receive this label WITH your replacement timer. All replacement units will be Dark Grey.*

If you receive a return label, you must send the defective unit back to us within 14 days or you will be charged for the additional item.

* Customers in Canada are not required to return defective unit(s). No return label will be sent.
